Shipping Policy

Our shipping policies are listed for your information and to assist you when purchasing products and replacement parts directly from our website. If you have any questions or concerns regarding these policies, feel free to contact us via email at contact@ezreplacement.com

Orders of readily available products placed before 12:00 PM CST, Monday- Friday are typically shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM CST, Monday- Friday will be shipped the following day due to carrier pick up times. J & J Global, LLC. cannot be held responsible for service transit times. Transit times are provided by the carrier, excluding weekends and holidays, and may vary with destination.

When placing an order with J & J Global, LLC. the following steps are taken as a standard procedure to ensure satisfaction with our customers:

  • As soon as your order or RMA form is submitted you will receive an order confirmation email to verify transmission of your claim/purchase.
  • Non-warranty purchases will arrive to your door within 3-5 business days of shipping.
  • Warranty claim/RMA forms will be reviewed and approved within 3-5 business days of submission. Once the claim is approved and payment for shipping costs has been received, the product(s) will be shipped within 3-5 business days and should arrive within 7-10 business days of shipping.
  • If a purchased or requested product is on backorder you will be notified by one of our Customer Service team members and updated when the product is available.
  • If you have owned the product you are looking to repair for more than five years the replacement parts may be unavailable due to the ongoing product development process. We will do everything possible to get the parts you are looking for but there are no guarantees of availability.

Products may arrive damaged or broken due to mishandling during the shipping process. If this is the case, please refuse receipt of the delivery and contact the carrier to return the products to the sender's address. Shipping costs will ONLY be refunded if the error has been made by J & J Global, LLC.

ALL REPLACEMENT PART PURCHASES ARE FINAL.
