Warranty Claim/RMA Process

 

To accurately process your warranty claim we need to obtain some information regarding your product. Please fill out the requested fields as thoroughly as possible. Before you submit your request, please read our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions .

 

1)      Once you have filled out the requested fields, click the “Add to Cart” button then the “View cart & checkout” button on the following pop-up window.

2)      Review the information you have filled in then click “Proceed to Checkout”.

3)      Enter your billing and shipping information and click continue.

4)      Select the free shipping option for your order and click continue.

5)      Lastly, click the “Place Order” button to send your request.  Our Customer Service team will then review your information and contact you with resolution to the claim.


Product Number can be found on the original packaging and/or manual that came with your item. Look for an eight or nine digit number listed next to the barcode or on the front page of the manual.

Detailed Description of Issue should include information regarding the problem you are experiencing with your product so we can best determine if your claim is covered under the warranty. Explain the circumstances as completely as possible for the best response from our Customer Service team.

 

Approximate Date Purchased should match the copy of your receipt. If you received the product as a gift and do not have a receipt, please contact us directly by emailing: contact@ezreplacement.com.

 

Purchased From is the store or website you bought the product from. If you received the product as a gift and do not know where it was purchased, please contact us directly by emailing: contact@ezreplacement.com.

 

Copy of Receipt can be uploaded and sent directly to us using this form. If you are not able to upload a file, please email the copy of your receipt to contact@ezreplacement.com. Please clearly mark your name and product number on your submission.

                **Copy of Receipt is required for all claims as per our Terms and Conditions .
